Welcome to Dublin Community Preschool & Childcare Center! My name is Brittney, and I am honored to serve as the Director of our wonderful program. With 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have dedicated my career to creating a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment where children can thrive. My passion for teaching and commitment to early childhood development drive me to support both our incredible educators and the families we serve. I believe that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning, and I am thrilled to be a part of each child’s journey.
I look forward to welcoming you to our community!

Lead Toddler Teacher
I`m currently the co-lead teacher in the toddler room. I started my journey working with children when I was 16 years old teaching children dance such as : Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, and Ballet. I was also a JV Song Coach for my old high school when I was 20 years old. I got into the Early Childcare industry when I was 21 as an Associate Preschool teacher. I have always enjoyed helping children grow and watching them blossom into their own person. I went back to school and finished my schooling journey with my Teachers Certificate. I have been apart of the DCP family for over two years now and have loved every minute of it! I have personally and professionally grown so much in my time here and that is thanks to these amazing people!

I have worked at DCP since 2020 as an associate teacher in the Infant/Toddler classroom. I decided to go back to school and finally finish my ECE schooling journey to become a lead teacher through Lakes Region College in 2022. Substitute Teacher
My name is Olivia Crespo. I am an assistant teacher in the toddler room at DCP. I am currently a student athlete at Franklin Pierce University with a major in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in Nutrition. I am looking to pursue a master's in public health and help the community’s build healthy relationships with food. I believe a well-balanced relationship with food starts at a young age and being educated young can help long term. I am working in childcare to gain experience working with the younger generation as it is something I am looking to do in the future.
