Welcome to Dublin Community Preschool & Childcare Center! My name is Brittney, and I am honored to serve as the Director of our wonderful program. With 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I have dedicated my career to creating a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment where children can thrive. My passion for teaching and commitment to early childhood development drive me to support both our incredible educators and the families we serve. I believe that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning, and I am thrilled to be a part of each child’s journey.
I look forward to welcoming you to our community!

Assistant Director & Lead Toddler Teacher
I`m currently the co-lead teacher in the toddler classroom. I`ve worked with children for 16 years, starting at an in-home daycare when I was 16 years old. I have worked at DCP since 2020 as an associate teacher in the Infant/Toddler classroom. I decided to go back to school and finally finish my ECE schooling journey to become a lead teacher through Lakes Region College in 2022. When I am not in the classroom, I`m a busy mom to my one-year-old son Damian who also attends DCP. Being a mom has given me a unique perspective on education and has strengthened my commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
(Ms. Jess)
Lead Preschool Teacher
I am the Lead Pre-K teacher here at DCP. I have worked in childcare for about 10 years, the last 4 of which have been here at DCP! I have a B.A. in Psychology from Oswego State University and completed my ECE credits through River Valley. I have worked with many different types of children and their families over the years, those who are neurotypical and those who see the world a little differently. I have personal firsthand knowledge and experience navigating the world with a child who sees things differently. Because of this I am a fierce advocate for children and families and I will always assist however I can to get the best care for your child and be a safe place to lean and let them know they are not alone. I bring this knowledge, strength, and patience to the classroom every day. I look forward to getting to know you and your family!

Lead Infant Teacher
I am currently the lead infant teacher. I started my teaching career when I was 18 years old at Keene YMCA in the preschool room as an assistant. I graduated from NHTI Community College in 2024 with my associate's degree in early childhood education. I love watching children grow and learn in their own ways. Creating bonds with the children is one of my favorite things and makes the job more fun.

Lead Infant Teacher
My name is Brandie, and I am currently the lead infant teacher. I worked for 5 years at the YMCA as lead preschool teacher. I’ve known I wanted to be teacher since I was 4 years old and used to set my stuffed animals up for circle time! I graduated from River valley in 2022.
In my spare time I love reading a good book, cuddling up with my cats, watching any New England sports team, and playing softball. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and learn things everyday!
(Mrs. Amanda)

I love watching children learn and grow. I live in Stoddard, NH with my fiancé, Chris, and daughter, Asia. My hobbies include reading anything scary or horror related, crafting and playing with my dog.
(Miss Olivia)
Substitute Teacher
My name is Olivia Crespo. I am an assistant teacher in the toddler room at DCP. I am currently a student athlete at Franklin Pierce University with a major in Sport and Recreation Management and a minor in Nutrition. I am looking to pursue a master's in public health and help the community’s build healthy relationships with food. I believe a well-balanced relationship with food starts at a young age and being educated young can help long term. I am working in childcare to gain experience working with the younger generation as it is something I am looking to do in the future.
(Miss. Kenzie)
